Techniques Used to Support Your Goals

Myofascial Release & Trigger point

Deep therapy targeting muscles, ligaments and tendons.

  • Breaks up scar tissue
  • Reduced muscle hypertonicity, tension, and spasm

Integrative Reflexology

The potential for blending Integrative Reflexology techniques with bodywork is a unique combination that increases the release of tight muscle and fascia. I will begin with the stimulation of specific reflex points and areas, then move to the associated muscle or part of the body. You will then feel how easily your tissue lets go!

Reflexology is intended to reduce generalized stress and help the body achieve a state of deep relaxation and harmony.  Other benefits include improved circulation, immune function, skin tone, concentration and memory.

During the session, gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points in the feet, thus stimulating the more than 7,200 nerve ending there.

Benefits include:
  • Improved digestion
  • Improved circulation
  • Relaxation
  • Pain Relief
  • Reduced muscle tension

Medi-Cupping Therapy

Medi-Cupping Therapy is effective at healing and releasing toxins and inflammation from deep joint tissue. The suctioning power of the cups reaches into the soft tissue and works to pull those toxins towards the surface where the lymphatic system and the skin can draw them out of the body. This helps release scar tissue as well, even in old injuries.

Benefits include:
  • Deep tissue and structural issues - old injuries and chronic movement patters
  • Arthritis, Tendonitis, Bursitis
  • Scarring - old, new, keloid, post-surgery
  • Loose skin and old deposits from weight loss
  • Lymphoedema - general and post-surgery

  • Sports - injuries and post-event conditions
