Postnatal/Postpartum Massage

I can come to your home within the first week of your delivery to perform this massage. This massage is geared toward helping you adjust more easily to the many changes in your body and the demands of your new life. Benefits include:

• Supports fluid balance;

On-Site Chair Massage

$1 per minute (minimum of 2 hours)

I will come to your workplace or company function to perform this massage on employees. Massage techniques which can be given through clothing are used, and the session focuses on the upper body-head, neck, shoulders, back, and arms. Sessions usually last ten to twenty minutes. Benefits include:

• Reduced physical and mental stress;
• Relieved physical problems associated with repetitive tasks; for example, computer work, sorting, filing, and assembly line tasks;
